POLITENESS
GOOD MORNING
I’m just creating this topic to remind you of one or two rules of the Forum, because for some time I have noticed a certain forgetting, I would say, of these rules and I think I am not the only one to have noticed it.
The 1st is POLITENESS, saying HELLO, GOODBYE, THANK YOU, these are the kind of words that everyone is supposed to have learned by these parents or by school we are all human here.
Which brings me to the 2nd rule
HERE we are talking about users who provide help to other users, we don’t necessarily have the answer to everything, especially if we don’t have all the information, so there’s no point in complaining if you don’t have an answer.
And I will add a third point, certain answers are sometimes provided by Swisscom customer services. They also respond with the information provided to them and with their experience, so there is no point in insulting or criticizing them, it will not advance your problem resolution.
