Therefore they are not usable. The application should always open, with the menus available, then if there is no network some functions are deactivated
That’s not exactly what I meant.
If I download the programs at home when I travel I can see them. This should be the purpose of the download, to see without a network.
Abroad, if there is no network, the application never starts, so I cannot access the downloaded ones.
If I have to have the network abroad I don’t need to download them at home, I can see them from my recordings.

AdalbertoB I don’t know from abroad, but from Switzerland it works. When I download something with iPad and I don’t have the network, I can watch the program. For example, now the airplane mode is set, but I can start and watch the RSI2 Superalbum program.
