Block anonymous or suppressed numbers on landlines via VOIP/fiber optic with router Grand Central

  • I’ve had Casa Trio via fiber optic for 3 months. I get internet with 50,000 down and 2 MB/s up and Swisscom TV in HD quality. Everything is great.

The only disadvantage: Since the landline network now runs via VOIP, there is no longer a keyboard shortcut to block anonymous calls or calls with suppressed numbers. Or is there a keyboard shortcut for this?

    • So: You log in to Swisscom Kundencenter: www.swisscom.ch/login

Then go to Infinity plus on the left -> Call barring -> Block incoming calls.

    Otherwise:

You can automatically reject anonymous calls (calls with withheld phone numbers) using an additional service. If the service is switched on, the caller hears the following text: “The Swisscom customer does not want any calls from withheld numbers”.
