@[deleted] indeed, it works… I configured SIP telephones for a customer who sent them to Spain and the United Kingdom to avoid international telephone charges
Afterwards, you should still know that there may be a risk of having your SIP data hacked if you are not on a secure network.
And if the devices are placed behind a firewall, there are certain very specific ports that must be opened.
The purpose of SIP is to configure the telephone line itself in the telephone, which allows the number to be used from any internet access.
It’s a shame that I couldn’t participate in this post sooner, I would have found you a working solution for sure!
Roman.
Downloaded and installed the microSIP application on a Windows 10 home laptop in French.
Configured the SIP credentials account provided by Swisscom, obtained by SMS according to instructions from Swisscom

--== important, first have entered your cell phone number in the customer area ==–
This works very well for internet telephony and to real telephone numbers.
Its only flaw:
unable to read/write the Windows contacts folder (Windows address book, Contacts folder)
limited to importing contacts.csv or manually writing your contact list.
Hi @seyfcom,
Yes of course… Does that help you as an answer? 😛
However, it would be good to know on which devices you enable this?
Have you already activated SIP credential on your swisscom login and received the data by SMS?
What menu and what is requested on your SIP devices? Are they indeed SIP?
Roman
@RSA Hi,
Yes yes I have the SIP credentials and everything but I can’t configure a softphone… I tested Bria solo and MicroSIP but it doesn’t work.
I am actually behind a firewall, is this the problem?
I can test on another wifi line with a laptop but haven’t really had the chance to test.
I’m going to have a Yealink 46G (the one recommended by swisscom, and I’ll have to install it too, we’ll see when it arrives.
I understood your question… but we must eliminate the firewall problem first, because there is no worse for VoIP, that’s why I was talking to you about 3/4G to test the application on smartphone, because the settings are the same!
Zoiper works behind your firewall? with the same settings as other applications? If this is the case, you can be 80% sure that the problem is linked to the firewall…
Afterwards, you didn’t say if you used the applications on PC or smartphone or tablet…
You want help from the forum, you have to give the information about the devices, software, etc… Because as I told you, your settings seem correct, so you have to remove and test without adding of material.
Good morning,
Has anyone already configured a Mitel phone with Swisscom SIP Credentiel? I got a 403 error message while checking.

Mitel 6863i (Google Translate)
_Would you like to operate in a Centro Business or in a Swisscom Internet box?
_
With the “external” information SIP Credentials , you are looking at:
SIP Credentials
With local SIP credentials on the internet box you can watch:
Configure local IP telephony
_EDIT:
I found in the Digitec forum:
Compact instructions:
Swisscom (local IP telephony access data) -> Mitel (line 1):
Login Name -> Authentication Name
Login password -> Password
Internal -> Telephone number
Private -> Screen Name
The rest of the fields_Basic SIP Authentication Settings_are empty
Internal IP of the router Swisscom Routers -> Proxy Server, Outbound Proxy Server, Registrar Server
5060 (port number) -> Proxy Port, Outbound Proxy Port, Registrar Port
3600 -> Registration Period
Remaining fields in Basic SIP Network Settings as 0.0.0.0 or 0, Conference Server URI empty
Remaining fields on Standard
Both of my Mitel phones work with it. I have two Swisscom lines. Both phones ring for incoming calls on both numbers. They indicate with the line light or ringing the number called. To do this, I defined 4 connections on the Swisscom router (one connection for each telephone and each of my numbers). With outgoing calls, you can choose which number to go out with.
You can talk to each other internally, even if it wasn’t a requirement._

Hello everyone
I am trying to configure my Yealink T46G with this configuration, but without success. I have an OVH account for a French number, no problem. Just Swisscom which doesn’t work.
Thank you for your support if you managed to configure it or your idea welcome. I specify it is not a swisscom (tel)
Thanks in advance
Stephanie

@Alpinecare Hi Stéphanie,
I don’t want to be mean, but when you don’t know, the best thing is to contact professionals… And looking at the first page of the post, you would have seen a photo of the config that I posted…
You have reversed the fields “username” which is the telephone number and “registration name” which is the NC….@swisscom.
You just had to identify the data and fields that are the same!
Reversing that should work.
Roman
PS: it may take 1-2 minutes for the connection to register or even to restart the device.
