Silverlight works correctly on other sites, not the Swisscom web tv site, it remains frozen on the home page. Silverlight is a failure anyway, commercially and technically.

In addition, for some users, the TV Guide is not displayed (white or blue screen). This situation can occur with Safari or Firefox browsers. We recommend affected users to carry out the manipulations previously indicated by LeylaG. Depending on the situation, the error will be corrected.

To resolve this disruption, we are currently developing a new product that works without Silverlight. If all goes well, a beta test will be offered to the public this spring. However, we do not have further information and development may be delayed. We will communicate details to you as soon as possible.

I have a FIREFOX 45.01 and SAFARI 9.0.3 but it is impossible to see Swisscom TV on my Mac.

It still asks to install SILVERLIGHT.

Once installed, nothing changes.

I have exactly the same problem.. It works once in 4.. I tried uninstalling Silverlight and reinstalling it.. I checked the plugins, I restarted my Mac and I even completely reinstalled my OS (factory reset)
But the problem remains, nothing changes…
