  • STK likes that.

Hi NunoP

I pulled the update full of anticipation.

  • Repeats are no longer displayed if desired (acceptance of the TV Box setting)

However, I still see all the replays, despite the setting at home in the pits. I overlooked the setting on the app and couldn’t find any.

Unfortunately you can’t sort by season/episode like on the box. Filter by season yes, only within the season it is sorted by date.

Greetings,

Kabutoo

Hello Kabuto0

Thank you for your feedback on the new update of the Android app for Swisscom TV 2.0.

For your feedback with the repetitions, we ask you to test it with a new login. So log out and re-register under Swisscom TV.

On the series detail page you can filter by season and the latest episode will always be displayed at the top. But if you’re on the “All Recordings” tab, you’ll see the episodes sorted by date.

Hello NunoP

The new version no longer runs on an Asus Fonpad. Cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, all to no avail. Fonepad has Intel processor with Android 4.2.

No problems with this version on a Samsung tablet and mobile phone.

Greetings and good luck with troubleshooting.

Hello

Since the latest update, the Swisscom TV app can be used on my tablet (ASUS Memo Pad FHD 10 /

Android 4.3) no longer starts. The message “Swisscom TV 2.0” has ended always appears.

I have already deleted the data and cleared the cache and tried a fresh installation. Inconclusive.

Can someone help me? Can I somehow get the old version back?

Thank you very much.

Hello KatrinM

Despite logging out and logging in several times, even turning it off, I see the repetitions. App 1.5.0 (3563), Android 4.4.2, Samsung S4 mini. There are no settings for this in the app? See screenshot:

Why can’t “All recordings” also be sorted by episode? You could set this up like you did with the box.

Greetings,

Kabutoo

Hello KarinM

Thanks for the feedback. In the meantime, I was able to reinstall the old version of the TV app (1.3.2) on my ASUS Memo Pad FHD 10 using AppMonster and this version works.

I hope you find a solution for the new version soon.

Hello KarinM

Here is the photo of the box, recording settings:

I just remembered that 3 months ago I also saw reruns on the box, but only for weeks. Then it was fixed. Maybe that’s the problem? [Serial recording: Repeat is displayed despite no hacking in “Show repeats”](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Swisscom-TV-2-0/Serienaufnahme-Wiederholung-wir-angegeschweit-trotz-no-hacking -at/td-p/378644)

Hello Kabuto0

Thank you for your time and the print screen.

We have examined this point and agree with you. The repeats will now be displayed again. We will correct this error with the upcoming launch and ask for your patience and understanding until then.

Hello KatrinM

I saw that you sometimes provide old APKs on dropbox. Please also make the old version of the Android application available again for SwisscomTV for manual download/installation.

Thank you in advance.

Since the last update, the time bar at the bottom of the image no longer appears.

It is covered by the tablet’s bars (back, home, tabs)

This means you can’t jump back or forward and you can’t see how much time has passed or how long it’s still running.

Good morning everyone

Access to Bluetooth is currently required for the new Teleclub Play Player encryption. We are already in contact with those responsible and are examining solutions so that we no longer need the Bluetooth authorization.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide the old version. We are working on the error and will provide a correction as soon as possible.

Mine too, Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10.1, Android 4.2.2

On the cell phone, Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, I see the bar, it works there.
