As several posts have been created on this subject but nothing changes, I am putting the compress back on.
Having a 7.0 home cinema I have to raise the sound of my amp almost to max… to adjust the box the sound must be not far from max too, I would like to point out that I connected my box in analogue mode that I don’t want to end up with 2 remote controls… one for the sound and the other for the channels… Since my logitech doesn’t work with my box…. 😞
Especially since watching TJ digitally doesn’t interest me at all.
Would it be possible to resolve this sound range problem so that:
The sound range is therefore lower and the sound cursor is in the middle of the scale… I don’t see the use of this difference in updating with so much difference on this scale….

I’ve been rowing since this update. Different problems: 1) very bad sound and unstable. weak on one channel and very strong on another. extraneous noise. 2) TV Guide problem for several days, this seems to be resolved.
Regular replay and recording problems: Example: Last Saturday evening, January 10, impossible to play the recordings.
after about half an hour of discussion with Swisscom (plugging, unplugging, resetting, etc.) no solution and problem escalated to a higher level. Monday evening 12.1.15 new attempt at reading recordings: hell: image and sound hang at least every ⅔ minutes. Call Swisscom: we can’t do anything, we have to wait for the higher level to take care of it. If you only knew how much my lower back is full of Swisscom TV 2.0 who takes us for tourists. Unfortunately there is almost no competition in Switzerland and I know that Cablecom customers complain too! 😞 😞 😞
following a telephone call with Swisscom, the problem is known but they don’t give a damn!!!!!
In short, the only solution is to switch to another operator such as cablecom or others who at least have efficient boxes!
what a disappointment on the part of swisscom which praises this swisscom TV 2.0 so much, being an audio-video installer, I have more than ten customers who are angry with this update and that since the sound on their sound bar or home cinema is disgusting!!!
Since then I really no longer recommend Swisscom TV 2.0! we see that it has become a money machine and that they don’t give a damn about the customers, what a shame!!
