Hello everyone,

ARD and Co is German so we don’t count. The only general HD channel is F2. I also have Canal+ HD but if we see the poor quality of Tf1 and M6, jerks etc…

Good evening,

I got a phone call from Swisscom’s complaints department in Sion. Your line is perfect, the installation has been checked on site 4x. The sound shift on Fr2 is known but no solution. The micro-jutters on M6 and TF1, no solution and we cannot promise you that HD is coming. Our proposal is to let you cancel whenever you want, without notice, delays or costs!!!

How to interpret? I have an idea.
With the ongoing changes in satellite reception in Switzerland, again it’s not great and Cablecom customer service has fewer big changes compared to 2007; moreover, it is better to live in Zurich. We therefore have the choice, Swisscom Tv which is stagnating and whose quality of the box is lower, uspcale non-existent, line not allowing the recording of HD and HD viewing in parallel (but it doesn’t matter there are no valid channels apart from FR2, BBC and Canal). Canalsat with a dedicated decoder, Bis Tv with few channels and the famous Dolby Digital + rare on current Receivers…

Long live Switzerland.

I have no problems with France 2 HD and pixelation, so the problem is not necessarily “global”.

Are you angry with Swisscom, Cablecom, Canalsat, Bis? Just out of curiosity, are you really from Nice?

No system is perfect, but there are still ways to watch TV correctly.

No, not nice. It’s related to the film Brice de Nice:smileyhappy:

Yes Swisscom calls me to tell me that I can cancel without notice whenever I want for the same lendemand! This may be a sign that the system is not at its best. Especially since Madame can’t tell me anything about TF1 and M6 HD! You’ve been talking about it on the forum for a year and nothing planned! I’m hallucinating, it’s 2011, should we wait until 2050?!

I live in the city of Bienne and my line is top of the top according to the many technicians who come to my house. 4 boxes and 3 routers later I’m a little dry it’s true. Between two I had to change the HDMI cable which is worthless according to them. Since then there has been a slight improvement but there are channels which have problems. On the other hand, customer service is very good.

We are always well received and people are competent and looking for a solution. But there is none there and they suggest I look elsewhere. But Cablecom meh… I got in touch on their form. Response within 48 hours! Can you tell me approximately how many weeks it takes to unplug, activate digital TV, internet etc.? Last Thursday I wrote. No email or phone. This doesn’t happen at swisscom.

At home M& perfect? no micro-saccades? (excluding advertising) Slow box? (tv guide, blue button)

Show original language (French)

No, I don’t have any micro cuts or micro jerks. I encounter the problem of slow boxing from time to time, but it is very sporadic (last Sunday it was slow).

Show original language (French)

Ok thank you for your response. At home it’s continuous on M6, like slowdowns but very brief every x minutes. Worse with the original HDMI cable. In the meantime I changed TVs and the same.

This evening I am watching a film recorded on canal+ and there are also problems. There I had several passages with pixelation. It’s really not great.

Hello Raf from Nice we with Swisscom TV Vivo Casa **** we have the same problem as you, 8Box 4Centro Grande changed, 7 technicians in 1 month, but the problem was solved they canceled Swisscom TV and redid it. ’subscription to zero and there, magic finally of images without a visible pixel: smileymad: ways of speaking but clearly better no more problem with sound lag.

For the channels arrivee-de-m6-hd-sur-orange.jpg

Hello,

I come back to the news and I see that it is not any better knowing that for the moment nothing seems to announce the arrival of new HD channels. Does anyone have any news? :smileyhappy:

A new operator in Switzerland follows the course of Swisscom TV and offers television via IPTV like Swisscom. looking at the website the operator offers the same prices but additional functions to Swisscom tv and this operator has the following HD channels: TF1 HD, France 2 HD, M6 HD, Arte Fr HD, Nrj12HD, Direct8 HD, Ushuaia HD TV, Eurosport HD, RTL HD, 1 HD, BBC HD, HD SWITZERLAND ect.

Show original language (French)

Who is the operator? I don’t know of any IPTV providers on xDSL who provide these channels (fiber is something else, but even VTX and MYGATE do not offer these channels at the latest)

Zebulon do you work at Swisscom or are you an individual?

I could only give you this information by email from the Telecom Company and partner with T-Telekom Deutsch. and will offer its offers from the month of April CEO: of this company

PS: Unfortunately we do not yet have the rights to disclose our company for the moment only Orange CH and Sunrise are current.

For your information, no I do not work for Swisscom.

I did find the website www.bluetelecom.ch but there is not much information.

I couldn’t find a channel list.

They indicate that they need a landline (is this unbundling?)

I also find it strange that the pictograms and visuals are Swisscom copy and paste.

And they indicate 100,000 TV customers in Switzerland?? It’s a gag, if it were the case it would be known…

I’m really confused, is this a hoax?

EDIT, it’s not possible, almost all of the terms used are copied from Swisscom, Xtra-zone, economyline…

and they are not registered in the commercial register

it’s a fake, not possible otherwise

Show original language (French)

hello,

I agree with Zebulon… this site is fake…

is it to create a buzz?!? what is that for?!?

take a look at the press articles and you will have the answer… it’s a good try on their part…

Have a good day!

Hmmm.

I say that you don’t have to be stupid to make this kind of post. Use Copyright images as well as Copyrigt texts also from the Swisscom website. In addition, to post on this forum you must have used your swisscom login! Month I say you are in the m…. there!!!

I look forward to reading more!

Plus post fastweb articles! But lol what!!!

Looking forward to the sequel.

Yes indeed the terms used are almost the same as Swisscom by telephone the Bluetelecom agent told me that the landline and to be paid at Swisscom and the images were purchased on **an image database which Swisscom also does ** and the web master has authorization from Swisscom to also take certain images by one of the responsible agents of Swisscom as long as he puts text!!!! Which have to be added. And that the texts are provisional! On the Orange TV FR site we can also see that Swisscom has copied them into their site “picture in picture function” Live pause ect.

On the other hand, this operator exists and does its job correctly given that my company is registered with them.

And Bluetelecom and registered in the commercial register with capital of 13 billion francs! On the Bern Friborg Valais website

In addition, he persists…

I don’t believe it for a single second, this site is completely bogus, it looks like a business student’s work or something like that.

Did a search on moneyhouse.ch, no registrations, all press clippings are those of Swisscom.

On the other hand, where I wonder is actually about the motivations of those who made this site, and why you are promoting it, I must say that for me it is a real mystery…

In view of your previous messages, I thought it was possibly a viral smear campaign, but it seems to me that there are more effective ways..

One last thing that made me laugh was the 13 billion capital of this company: smileyvery-happy: but of course…..

Hello, everyone, we are the easyserver company in Lausanne.

We have seen your messages, the Swisscom forum only serves as a means of mutual assistance.

The company that you are attacking could file a criminal complaint against the abuses that you may bring against it.

So stop attacking, Siska 12 who is in no way the owner of this company.

I think it would be better if this story was over.

You can ask all your questions on Tuesday to the CEO of Bluetelecom who will be at the Tsr this Friday

In addition I return to the history of the commercial register.

Here is their extract of businesses taken from the cantonal site of Fribourg:

Well, I was looking forward to reading the rest, now I’m falling apart…

If you own a business and you can’t line up 3 words without misspellings, is your business a daycare?

And if indeed it is worth as much as that, 13 billion (let me laugh), why then have we never heard of it? I’m from Valais so don’t come and tell me that this company is active here… ptdr

Well, in short, if it really exists it will benefit consumers and if it’s bogus well I think you’ll have to find a good lawyer!

And above all another ISP!

Mouarf what a laugh we have. Thank you in any case for this relaxing moment!
