  • New use of an e-mail account -> new e-mail address

    Hello
I would like to assign a new e-mail address to an e-mail account that I will no longer use in the future.
    How do I proceed?
-> Delete account - no solution found for immediate deletion
    or
-> via “Transfer account” - but I no longer want a connection to the old e-mail account.
Thank you in advance for your feedback.

    • Thank you very much for the feedback.

After asking Swisscom via chat a few days ago, I can only confirm this statement.
In connection with the change, I was sent an email (“Your order at a glance”) in which a 12-month notice period was stated.
After I, as a long-time customer, complained via chat, the stated notice period turned out to be a mistake.

    • inOne home - Contract duration/termination period

    • Good day
I’m currently thinking about switching to inOne home.
Unfortunately, I cannot find any information in the documents regarding the contract duration and the notice periods, which arise on the basis of the new subscription “inOne home”.
Can someone provide me with relevant information (links)/information?
      Many thanks in advance

The Outlook error code 0×80040201 does not appear due to an incorrect delivery setting or due to a network problem.
The Outlook error code 0×80040201 is caused by an internal Outlook problem.
It is currently not possible to understand why the problem arose.

The switch from Outlook 2010 to Office 365 (with Outlook 2013) could possibly have been a trigger. The data sets are transferred directly.
After setting up a new Outlook file and transferring the data/emails, the system works perfectly again.

      a. The Anschluss is via ADSL/VDSL

      b. The account was not set up using the Swisscom tool - everything was working fine until a few hours ago

      c. I also didn’t make any changes to the password

The outgoing mail is SMTP SSL port 465 via smtpauths.bluewin.ch.

The test that Outlook offers to check the settings works perfectly.
