The smartest way to satisfy many customers is to give them the choice. It may seem like a small thing to some, but it is precisely such small things that make the customer decide whether to buy or not to buy or cancel if there are better alternatives on the market. What Swisscom has done here is simply very bad and dangerous! Choosing white or black would be ok, but presenting you with a product that is EXTREMELY DISTURBING, at least for many people (it’s not just about getting used to it or having a nicer design), is absolutely unreasonable. Dear SWISSCOM…do something urgently about this grievance. If it takes a while until the double-choice solution is available, we can show understanding for a few more weeks, but it’s better not to take it lightly in the hope that there will just be a bit of “murmur” among the customers goes around and she will then get used to it! Also think about the tens of thousands or even millions of customers you have (until now) who don’t comment here. They just make their fist in the bag and then suddenly they’re gone!   • I completely agree with you… it’s very difficult to read… they should at least give you the choice to change it back to before… it was much fresher and much easier to read… it’s so dark now… terrible …. I guess I’ll have to switch to another provider if they can’t manage it…
