Everyone is talking about this increase in Swisscom prices… but the Confederation doesn’t care. No wonder, given that the Federal Court confirmed its sanction imposed on Swisscom for a montant of almost 72 million francs…!!!!

We are therefore advised to go elsewhere… but frankly, for people like me who have little use of all this technology (TV, intranet, mobile telephony, e-mail, etc. etc.) we are going to be ch …to start all over again. I have been with Swisscom for 38 years, we could expect a little more understanding from them 😞

Hello, if I have two email addresses and I do not want to pay the 2.90 increase (another one!!!), I must delete one of the two addresses in MySwisscom? For this, I have 3 months to communicate to all my contacts that this address is no longer valid?

I’m part of the rare breed who just wants a landline, check my emails and watch a little TV 🙁 And Swisscom is increasing the price twice in 4 years… it’s dishonest! Pay 10.— more because you increase the internet to 50 Mbits when 10 is more than enough for me, I don’t really understand! You will do better to increase the quality of your customer service! I’ve been waiting for a week for a real person to call me back, I’m a little tired of talking and writing to machines!!! But where are we going???
