Good morning,

I received a new router from Swisscom. I need cable internet only.

I have a WHY computer

which runs with UNBUNTU

Until now, for several years the cable has worked very well.

To date,

The wifi works but not the cable. The cable worked on the first day, one day only.

I changed the cable, I put in a new cable, I changed the plug cables. I restarted x number of times, I had a good time with Swisscom on tel. to try to find a solution.

In the end, I wonder if…

I know that there is a Nicolas, like the Nicolas from Swisscom who is capable of finding and repairing the fault. Are you this Nicolas please?
