Where can I find the webmail password? or where can I reset it if I have forgotten it?

My Swisscom TV runs smoothly on the TV. Unfortunately, the channels are not loaded on the Mac http://tvair.swisscom.ch/home/tvPlayer/399/live/. . The message “Sending the channel” appears… but it doesn’t load.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can enjoy TV on Mac again?
