Otherwise, simpler, go to the settings via the toothed wheel at the top right and choose the “Check boxes” option. You can then check several messages before applying the same treatment to them.

use the Shift and Ctrl keys, this is a standard for partial/multiple selections

Click on the first element of the group, then on the last. Hold down Ctrl. Click on the items to select. You can also hold Ctrl and then drag the files to select.

Use the mouse + Shift key or Shift

Select, with the left mouse click, a first file. Then press and hold the Shift key and with the left click of your mouse, click on the final file that you want to select.

click on the … (three small dots) -> Select all messages
