Regarding the second question, yes, I’m logged in, at least that’s what the app tells me:

Today I wanted to watch CSI episode 11 of season 5 on RTL Crime, which was shown at 11:15. Unfortunately, I cannot play the episode and cannot find it in the overview of the additional episodes function. What’s wrong with that? Why can’t I play this directly? And why is this episode missing?

and why can I no longer see my channels on the iPad? Not included in your subscription?
