In the e-mail box, a ribbon indicates that in future Swisscom customers will have to make do with a truncated page, because a third of the page will be used for advertising.
This decision makes it almost impossible to read emails.
We are told that the removal of advertising will be possible for a fee of CHF 1.90/month.
My God, what misery!
Shouldn’t Swisscom, which is already one of the most expensive operators on the market, care about the well-being of its customers and reverse this basely mercantile decision?
