  • I previously had the following situation with Netflix on a PS 4 that is connected to the internet box with a cable: first dead like me season 2 episode 1 miserable quality and slow buffering. Then switch to the walkkng dead season 3 episode 3 in full HD without any lag. Episode 4 doesn’t load again. So the 50:50 is correct. But I felt like I had more problems with WiFi

  • I just received a reply from Swisscom:

    Dear Mr. Stark, you are reporting your problems with Netflix to us – thank you very much. The Netflix product has nothing to do with Swisscom. If you have general problems with the internet connection without a Netflix stream, please call 0800 800 800 so that we can actively address the problem. Netflix has been having enormous problems since March 17, 2016, affecting all customers, across all providers. We regret not being able to give you a better report.

    However, after testing with a Wi-Fi connection from Sunrise, I can say that the problem does not exist with all providers.

    I even stated that in the contact form…

    It is of course easy for Swissom to pass the buck to Netflix.

    I’ll answer again and see what the answer is.
