Hello everyone. I deactivated my multidevice option in the cockpit today. Now my main device only works for phone calls and SMS. A mobile data connection (3G/E/LTE) is no longer displayed on my main device. My phone and internet no longer work on my additional device, but I still see a mobile data connection. In Kundencenter it no longer shows me the device.
Has anyone had a problem like this?
