First I wanted to report and thank you that the problems with radio reception via Swisscom TV2.0 have finally been resolved. However, as I have discovered, although they are significantly fewer in number, they are still there. For example, this morning, January 24th, 2019, at around 10:15 a.m. there was another failure of around 5 seconds. I’m amazed that Swisscom still can’t get this under control.
We listen to radio exclusively via Swsscom TV 2.0 and mostly the programs SRF1 or Swiss Jazz. Hardly an hour goes by without an interruption of 1 to 10 seconds. In the spoken text you can often notice that not a single word is missing. So there are short interruptions that must come from the provider Swisscom itself and are therefore not a disruption on the line. What is the reason and when will these annoying interruptions finally stop. Thanks for your answer. - U. Wegmüller
I have Swisscom TV Plus. So that I can occasionally program programs remotely using my iPhone when I’m away, I previously used the Swisscom TV app. Since the operation of this app has apparently been discontinued, I downloaded the recommended new app for TV 2.0.
The programming worked well with the old app, but it doesn’t work with the new one. The programs that I want to record are now programmed on the iPhone and not on the Swisscom TV-Box as desired and can be accessed via TV.
Is remote programming with Swisscom TV Plus no longer possible? Why was the previous app decommissioned?
