What applies if MySports was added on 18/09/2024? Does 1 month cancellation period also apply then, with no minimum contract period of 12 months?

New season, same problem. On MySports Eins with Studio, the picture and sound are not synchronous.

I use MySports via Swisscom TV (without app). I repeatedly notice that the picture and sound are not synchronized, even though all other channels are working normally. For example, if I watch MySports via TV24 (free match), then I don’t have the problem either.

Can you support?
