We have discovered that there may be a few problems in the area of ​​telephony with the latest firmware update of the Internet boxes. Analysis is in full swing and thanks to a few cases we believe we have found the cause. Restarting the router is usually enough to solve the problem. We will distribute new firmware soon (I can’t give a date yet) that should solve the problems.

Sorry about that, but the problem only became apparent (again) when we had already updated several hundred thousand Internet boxes. Unfortunately, certain problems only occur with extremely few boxes that cannot be seen in our tests with up to 10,000 boxes.

Sorry for that. So if in doubt, please restart the router.
