  • Hello Black Mamba,

    Thank you for your response!

I use Edge. I cleared the cache and restarted my PC.

    Unfortunately, nothing has changed.

After several calls with Swisscom, it turns out that I can’t do anything. Still no forward or reverse possible during a film. On the other hand, if I want to avoid having to connect an HDMI cable from the PC to my TV, I was told that this is possible with a Samsung or LG TV from 2018 (mine is an LG from 2017). Indeed, according to Swisscom, the Blue Air TV application cannot be downloaded on televisions before 2018. It’s still strange, because I was able to download other applications, such as Netflix, Youtube, Zattoo , etc.

So, if I buy a new TV, I will no longer need the HDMI cable, but the problem will still be the same with replay and the impossibility of moving forward and backward, even outside of commercials. .

    Good morning!

I live a little outside a village, and I can only have Blue Air TV, because my town has not made the connections to my house, and I have an internet of barely 5.7.

I have to watch TV with an HDMI cable from my pc next to me. (I have an LG Smart TV from 2017), It’s a bit complicated because I’m slightly disabled.

For a few weeks, I have only had 2 days of replay, a miserable recording capacity, and no possibility of skipping ads, with no possibility of changing that with an extra charge, because the Blue Air TV subscription is limited. It’s also no longer possible to go back during a film if I misunderstood a dialogue (I’m hard of hearing), or saw a sequence incorrectly. Even during a film, it’s impossible to pause for a moment; when you start again, you have to watch everything from the beginning again. And the beginning, let’s talk about it: The beginning is never aligned, that is to say that you often have to watch the end of the previous program + the advertisements, or, which also often happens, the beginning leaves well after the film begins, with no possibility of going back to watch it.

As my mobility is limited, I watch a lot of television, especially the reports. Since the change, I have had to take a pack for 20.-/month to have National Geographic and Wild. For all that, I pay 146.-/month.

I’m disgusted and I don’t know what to do. Watching TV like this, and at this price, is unbearable. I’m hesitant to cancel everything…

Are other people in the same situation as me? Help!…

I changed systems to Swisscom TV and Internet. A disaster without a name. It worked much better with the 2 x cheaper “M.Budget” system… I think I’m going to cancel all that!
