Exporting from Outlook is no problem:
Click on the Start tab in Email.
In the Delete group, click Junk Email, and then click Junk Email Options.
Click Export on the Safe Senders, Safe Recipients or Blocked Senders tab.
Select the location where you want to save the file.
Specify a name for the file in the Filename field.
Click on Save.
But the webmail has no import function for Blacklist.
Register for webmail, click on the three lines in the top left, select Mail and then Settings
