You can use myCloud both as a desktop application on your computer or with the application available on your smartphone:
- Mobile app for iOS (from version 11)
- Mobile app for Android(from version 5)
- Desktop application for PC and [Mac](https://desktop.mycloud.ch/?os=mac&cid=myc_LP_footer_link&lang= fr)
The myCloud TV application is available on blue TV.

- In September 2016, iOS 9 was officially replaced by iOS 10. Today, according to the manufacturer, you unfortunately need a new smartphone every year 😓
Currently, iOS 11 is required for the myCloud Mobile app.
However, as mentioned by Doremi, you can still access myCloud with your Ipad on iOS 9 using a web browser at www.mycloud.swisscom.ch.
We can’t help you, except to point out the web variant, because here customers help customers 😉

But I don’t think Swisscom has much influence on this point, because the operating systems (iOS and Android) almost force applications to use new versions due to security standards (…especially around iOS 9 with the stories of zero-day exploits and jailbreak) or new features and, as we already mentioned, it is also in the intérêt of smartphone manufacturers 🙄
