Please make a SwissCom tv app for Apple / Android TV

Please, make a Swisscom TV app for Apple (& Android) TV, not everyone like to have an extra box connected to the TV. (moreover, now that "apple tv" is comming to smart TVs and streaming sticks, there is no more need for any box at all).

Even Sunrise is doing that (with Sunrise TV neo). I'm going to subscribe to Sunrise TV neo if you don't provide a solution.

(I know you can stream to Apple TV via airplay via the Swisscom TV Air app, but it's not an elegant solution + the quality is bad, too much compression)

It is not planned to add the Apple TV App to the Swisscom TV-Box at the moment. With Teleclub, Canal+, OCS/HBO and Netflix, we deliver a wide collection of content from which our customers can choose.

Should Apple starts producing exclusive content we might revisit our position.

(p.s. I was talking about a Swisscom TV app for the Apple TV, not about an Apple TV app for the Swisscom TV box)

I guess you misunderstood.

He asked for a Swisscom TV App running on the Apple TV.

Reason could be that you can use only the Apple TV has a box and don't need to use and buy a Swisscom TV (UHD) Box

Same here,

since we do have more Apple TVs at home than swisscom TV boxes and do not want to always connect 2 boxes, let alone pay monthly for those, i do vote for an SWISSCOM APP THAT RUNS ON APPLETV....

Since Sunrise now has that system running, we seriously consider to swap all of our swisscom contracts inxl. mobiles to sunrise.

Easier, cheaper, no additional TV Box 

I suggest that swisscom really should consider setting up an APPLETV APP soon.

Do not rely on Apple TV. 
Please bring your Swisscom TV as an App to powerful SmartTV’s. 

Apple TV is available on Sony and Samsung’s Smart TV. 

TV signal streamed over internet and processed by Software does not need own Hardware. It works on Smartphone, why it should not work on SmartTV?

This gives freedom to place a TV.  
No external boxes.  Just a large nice Panel with one power cable.  Optional one intern cable.

If you have a browser that works on Apple TV, you can try the web app from https://tvair.swisscom.ch.

On Android TV you can also try it with a browser or try it with Kodi and a Swisscom TV plugin (like https://github.com/herbertvonkaramalz/plugin.video.swisscom_tvair ).
