@Albara If you have a box, you can unplug it for a few minutes. If you have an app, reinstall it.

Thanks, but for a few months now I’ve been doing regular resets of the box (between once a week or 4x a day!), unplugging it, restarting the router, etc. because nothing is working properly. Despite the new TV-Box and remote control, nothing is running smoothly.
Therefore: once it’s running, just let it run until the next reset occurs. 😭

We are currently investigating the problem and will make adjustments to the loading of the channel logos in the next release.
If the problem persists, clearing the cache can solve the problem.
This works as follows. You go to Settings/System/Details page and enter 253273 on the remote control. Then we restart the box and reload the logos.
Let me know here if this solves the problem.
@Theipreilleu77 under Settings (gears) -> “System” it says “Detailed information” (second entry from above), that’s what it means, it works there too.
