Dear Swisscom,
I wish to inform you that I am planning to move to Basel from Lucerne at the end of September 2021. Please advise what I need to do, do I either have to cancel (and is this enough time in advance?) or can I move the package to Basel. At the moment I do not have a Basel address, so please let me know what I need to do in the meantime if anything.
