eSIM not working in USA

Trying to install an eSIM into a new iPhone 15 pro in the US. It says activated on MySwisscom but it is not activated on tje phone - can’t send or receive texts or make calls. I already have a US eSIM which is working fine. I’ve spoken to the Swisscom hotline twice who have sent new QR codes etc but nothing has worked. Are the eSIMs not valid in the US? Any ideas?! Thank you!

It works but you need to activate it while still in Switzerland. You can try with VPN and see if that works.
