Deletion of incoming mail and other folders

Good morning,

last night the emails I had in my inbox and in two other folders disappeared, while in other folders everything is normal.

I already checked the trash can and they’re not there. They just completely disappeared.

I have already contacted the swisscom hotline and they have opened a ticket.

Has this happened to any of you before? If so, were you able to resolve it somehow?

It’s a huge loss to lose those emails!

To avoid these problems, it is best to opt for an external email program

like Thunderbird (free) or Outlook (subscription) on a PC or Mac

or an email application on a mobile device or tablet

Swisscom says it’s Apple’s problem, Apple instead says it’s swisscom’s problem. In the meantime, I’ve lost some important emails and bounced from one service to another without getting a response.
