Try to log out of Swisscom by doing a Logout. Then log in again, making sure to use the correct Swisscom Login.

@Flauppupau81 But Bluewin worked before? If yes: If you have a smartphone (Android or Apple Iphone), download the “Blue News” application from the Appstore. This has an e-mail program with which you can also read Swisscom e-mails. If that doesn’t work either, it could be a bigger problem and I would then call the hotline on 0800 800 800.

@Flauppupau81 Normally, the password for Bluewin mail is the same as for this forum.

Try to connect with your browser to the following page:
https://www.swisscom.ch/myswisscom/dashboard
Once you have logged in, you will be connected to the correct account and you choose the Email envelope at the top.
From this page, you can also verify that you see your email account by clicking on the email tile in the Other Products section at the bottom of the page.

This one hasn’t changed.
