Programme guide not working

The channels are working but the channel displays "no information". Going through the TV guide gets the same problem.

Anyone else having the same problem?

All channels, none are working. Stopped working 2 days ago.

Have tried rebooting twice.

You are talking of the program guide on the swisscom setop box, correct?

Yes, that right on the swiss box. The part on the bottom you get when scrolling through the channels.

If you select the "tv Guide" from the remote you also get the full channel list but with "no information" for all programmes.

I can still record using swiss com plus, but each programme is titled "no information"

No guide, only endless "loading".  The progammes themselves working fine.

Thus same problem as for Vegas.
