Blue app connection problem

    I signed up for Blue Tv and downloaded the App. However, it is impossible to connect to the App. Each time you try to connect, the message appears: “There was a problem with the connection. Please try again later.”

    How to solve this? I would like to browse the App to get an idea of ​​how to use it before definitively signing up for a Blue TV subscription.

      I found the solution: I just hadn’t activated Blue TV Air Free yet.

      Now it’s OK, even if the maximum quality remains SD which surprises me (576p).

    How do you connect to the App? Are you using the correct Swisscom Login? An error may occur if the connection is made via the Natel Login which is not linked to the account where the TV is registered.
