Moving recordings from one tv box to another

Hi,

We have just swapped tv boxes and I would like to understadn if it is possible to move the recodings we had on the old box to the new box?

Dear SWR

If you are switching from Swisscom TV 1.0 to Swisscom TV 2.0, the recordings will be move automatically to the new box.

Thank you, I discovered that after I posted the message 🙂

However it appears that the storage is full with the new box and I have lost some recordings. I had only used 50% of the storage in the old box, is the stoarge less with the new box?

Dear SWR

The storage space depends on the contract you have chosen. There is a difference between Swisscom TV 2.0 plus, basic or light. All information here: https://www.swisscom.ch/en/residential/swisscom-tv/offers.html.
