Evziz Camera non connecting to network

I've bought a Wi-fii camera Evziz 3CA but the setup fails.

I've setup on the Internet Box2 a 2.4ghz Alan but the issue still there.

The Evziz support ask if port 80/554 is not restricted by the ISP.

Where can i check resp. setup this port?

Yes, they solved restarting all the system not only the app 😉

Support was faster than community, didn't expected that but at the end the result counts 🙂

I noticed that you called our customer support.

 

As I understand it is now working after re-installing the app and the device connected to the WLAN.
