inextricable

  • I responded to their own addresses: contact.retention@swisscom.com and [contact.center@swisscom.com](mailto:contact.center@swisscom) as they invited me to do, but they did not respond to any of my requests and will tell me afterwards that it is too late or even that it is “not their fault if they give me false addresses”. In short, this discredits us and totally penalizes us, not to mention the insane energy caused for the poor neophyte that I am in this matter. Who would have a consistent address of an internal service or a responsible and fairly invested human person to whom I could send my messages and who will be able to properly restore the situation. I am not looking for no culprits just the most appropriate support. THANKS
