Hello @Vonteuvak10
I’m not a lawyer, in my opinion what’s in the Terms and Conditions applies to the provider you book it with.
Current status at blueplus.ch:
9.2 The minimum contract period for the blue Max and/or blue Premium program packages (as well as for the products that can no longer be booked again) is six (6) months (“minimum contract period”). blue Sport and blue Super Max can be subscribed to with a minimum contract period of one (1) or twelve (12) months. The contract can be terminated in relation to blue Max, blue Premium, blue Super Max and blue Sport as well as products that can no longer be booked again subject to a notice period of one (1) month to the end of each month or for blue Sport subscriptions with a term from June 21, 2023 and blue Super Max can be terminated with a notice period of one (1) month, in each case for the first time at the end of the minimum contract period. Upon termination of the contract, the possibility of included on-demand individual access also ends with regard to each program package.
I haven’t read anything about a one-year extension.
But also note point 10.1!
10.1 blue reserves the right to adapt these terms and conditions and the terms of use at any time. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions or the Terms of Use will be announced to customers in an appropriate manner. If the changes are disadvantageous for the customer, he/she can terminate the contract early without financial consequences until the change comes into force. If he/she fails to do this, the changes are deemed to have been accepted.
