I ordered an iPhone 7 on September 9, 2016. Everything went great, but my change of address wasn’t taken into account when ordering, even though I told Swisscom that I was moving. Now, after a call to change the address when ordering, I was told that my waiting area was now gone and that I would be added to the back of the queue again. I think that’s really wrong, if that’s really the case… I’ve been a Swisscom customer for over 10 years and then something like that
