  • I mean chat with real person, for a problem with billing of Swisscom in roaming, not mentioned on website, not requiring me to call for 2.85 CHF per minute.

    Something that shows that Swisscom not only cares about getting new subscribers, but existing ones are also important.

  • Had the same problem, there is one setting buried somewhere in cockpit wich disactivates this service. For me it was funny 10 MB for one month.

    Is there way for existing customers to contact support via web chat? I know, it exists for sales, what about support?
