After several telephone inquiries/complaints, a service technician (Mr. Fernandes) visited us yesterday. He very friendly asked about our complaints, measured the cables and found them to be OK.
Since he couldn’t solve the problem, he called it a few days ago. The TV box sent to the service (8088800800) was replaced and replaced with a new device. Lo and behold, it works.
We would like to thank Mr. Thank you Fernandes and the various consultants on the phone for their friendly and patient answers.
