That really bothered me too. But you are forced to accept these conditions. That is legitimate. I have clarified this with OFCOM.

Fell victim to the 28/10/24 changeover. Like many other (about 20) things too. What a pity!!!

I have noticed this and many other (about 20 pcs) things too. With several individual shots (a red dot) from a series, only the one furthest in the future is displayed. So I can no longer see in “Planned” what I will be recording tomorrow. You might as well throw the function away!!!! Everything since the changeover on 28.10.24!!! The whole system was messed up. I’ve already reported it to Swisscom by phone. But they showed very little interest in finding a solution. What else can you do? Greetings

I am a very heavy user.

For me, the problem mainly occurs after about 20 recording programs or cancellations of planned, individual episodes of series. The thing then has an access or reaction time of up to one minute.

I then have to briefly switch the box off and on again with the FB. Then it goes again about 20 times. To me as a layman it looks as if the box has an internal data buffer that simply overflows with a corresponding number of entries and somehow “hangs” itself.

I sometimes have a total blockage after deleting 1 episode from a series programming. But it’s probably another construction site.
