  • Hello @Wiffeijid50 and @And83

Thank you for your precious feedback.

I understand you are willing to pay more to be able to rewind/fast forward at your convenience, like you used to.

The point is regarding to the TV industry new agreement, fast forward can now only be used with a 7 days Replay subscription (either with advertising on Replay or with the Replay Comfort option). It is no longer possible to fast forward with a 30 hours Replay subscription.

The solution would be a new TV Air subscription with 7 days Replay, which is not planned yet.

However, I passed on your comments and was informed that the issue is being discussed. I don’t have further information to provide.

    Thank you for your understanding

    Have a nice weekend

  • Your answer is not correct, the Swisscom website still offers the Blue TV Air subscription with 30 hour replay for 10 CHF for month:

    Swisscom blue TV Air

    • 250+ channels
    • 30h Replay
    • 60h recording

    1 month for free*

    Price per month

    10.–

I would be happy to stay with Swisscom if they offered a seven-day replay Blue TV Air option. Zattoo offers a seven-day replay option for 12 CHF per month.

  • None of this helps users of the Blue TV Air app, where no ‘Comfort’ option is available. Is there likely to be any upgrade to the app in the near future or should I just switch to Zattoo?

  • The article you refer to is not relevant to my problem.

I do not have a set top box but use the Blue TV Air App on a smart TV, Ipad and PC, this costs CHF 10 per month.

Rewind and fast forward no longer work in the app and there is no possibility of purchasing enhancements to the app.

Rewind and fast forward are no longer features of the App.

  • No Rewind or Fast Forward on Blue TV app

  • The Blue TV app no longer allows Rewind or Fast-Forward ‘for legal reasons’ which makes it pretty unusable.

Can someone explain what the legal reasons are and whether these features will be restored, for example by offering a premium subscription?

    • And83 likes that.
