Sorry if this is a stupid question but…
I help out elderly in my community but am not a Swisscom / Bluewin user myself.
A lady I am helping claims has her Bluewin mail account linked on her iphone and it works just fine.
If I use the same settings on PC / Outlook, it fails due to incorrect password.
I tried the password she gave me to log directly into Bluewin web mail and here I can login but there is no email configured there and it asks to choose an email abo.
She mentioned her deceased partner set up the email account years ago and I suspect the account that I logged into in the browser is a much newer account as she now has her own home internet subscription and I can see her invoices in there. Is this even possible? Anyway I can link her email to this account?
