TV Box / Picture black
Hello everyone, for about 4 weeks we have had to either restart our box regularly (2-3 times) per week or reset it completely with the paper clip.
The error pattern is as follows: After starting the box, you can see the channel bar, guide, menu etc. and can also change the channel, but the picture remains black. Even the sound is available. After a reboot or complete reset, the picture is displayed correctly again in most cases. After approx. 2-3 days, the same error pattern reappears.
The following configuration is in use:
- TV Box 21
- Direct LAN connection to the Internet router
- Samsung TV UE46D6500
- Sonos Beam via HDMI ARC
Already tried/undertaken:
- Reboot TV Box 21
- Reboot router
- Factory settings TV Box and router
- Swapped HDMI cable
- Network cable replaced
