Firmware-Release WLAN-Box 3

Hello Swisscom team

I have two WLAN-Box 3, and one has the latest firmware release (version 14.20.27), while the other is still running on version 13.06.45.

I can’t perform an update anywhere. What do I have to do? Is there a way to update the firmware via a file? I can’t find an option for this.

According to the Swisscom portal, the update should take place automatically, but this is not happening.

Feussasom24 Patience, patience. The firmware will be rolled out in stages. You can do nothing but wait. One fine day you will have the new FW on the other boxes too, the condition is that they must always be in operation and connected to the router.

Feussasom24 I would reset the WB3. It may no longer report to the update server. Otherwise, the hotline should be able to initiate the update.

The 14 release has already been rolled out for some time.
