Problem with Blue App on Apple TV Box

With the latest app version, old problems have reappeared. The app cannot be started normally and crashes every day. A login is requested again and again, but sometimes you still can’t start Blue TV.

Today again 2 times!

First, login details are requested, but you can’t select a field. After going back and dialling again, the data protection notice appears, which you can’t select either.

After restarting the Apple TV Box, the data protection message appears again, but now you can select the field.

    Ever uninstalled and reinstalled the blue TV app?

    And when it comes to data protection, have you deselected everything or accepted everything and saved it correctly at the end?

    I can’t reproduce your problem on my own Apple TV box.

      Thanks for the inputs and, yes, uninstalled and reinstalled app several times. But it kept coming back.

      Also did the saving of data protection several times. Also came back several times.

      As the Apple Box is in my holiday home, I won’t be able to annoy myself again until Easter.
