Unfortunately, as of this evening I can no longer scan documents directly into a folder. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Previously, I opened the desired folder in the mobile app under Files and then selected Scan document with the “+” button and was able to save the document directly to the folder I wanted. Unfortunately, this no longer works. I haven’t changed anything. However, an update was carried out when I started the app. Can anyone help me? Thank you very much

most problems can be solved by uninstalling and then reinstalling the app on the mobile device. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any data in the MyCloud.

The mentioned scan function directly into a folder works for me without any problems.
