Google Play Store

Hello together

I hope you can help me.

I have the Swisscom TV Box 21 with the latest OS. I have also activated the streaming interface. With this, the TV box does not start directly with live TV.

I have Netflix, Disney+ and Sky pinned to the main screen. Now I would like to add Apple TV+. I downloaded it from the Google Play Store. But I can’t find it in the menu for selection. However, it works for a colleague and he can select it. His selection of apps is much more extensive.

What could be the reason for this? Thank you very much, best regards

Litheumie67 The selection of apps in the Play Store depends on the type of TV box. You can find your installed apps under the menu item APPS from the HomeScreen. You can deactivate the home screen under Gear wheel (top left of the home screen) ->Display -> Home ->Last watched channel (tick the box).

Under the menu item “Display” you can make more specific settings, just play around, nothing can break.

But it’s news to me that you can add apps from the Play Store. Perhaps the colleague from @Litheumie67 is an SC employee and it will be possible to add apps to this “favourites band” in the future. Which, by the way, I would very much welcome.

@Litheumie67 I can’t add apps to my favourites on either Box21 or Box5. In streaming mode, the quickest way is via
