Hello together

I’ve had a subscription with Swisscom again for a few days now, Internet and TV XXL. I used to be a Swisscom customer. Now I miss the TV channels: WB Movies, Kinowelt and Kabeleins Classic. I thought the XXL subscription really included everything. I think these used to be the Blue Premium or Super-Max subscriptions? Then the former Teleclub channels were still included? Which package do I have to take so that I have these 3 channels again?

These three channels are all in the blue SuperMax package.

Thank you very much, I had exactly this subscription at the time. But now I get the message that I can’t switch to this subscription. I don’t want to switch to it, I want to add it. Is it possible to take the blue SuperMax with the XXL subscription?

Veiwipig48 That’s strange. But I have to say that you pay twice with the XXL and SuperMax Disney+.

The only difference between XL and XXL is that the XXL blue Binge (i.e. Netflix Basic and Disney+ Standard) is included.

If it’s possible, I would downgrade to XL and if you really need Netflix, take it separately. You may have to deal with customer service if you have inadvertently chosen the wrong TV package. That should certainly be feasible.
