Blue TV air ( on pc) new features not practical

Don’t you find the new features annoying? for example, you pause your programme and you have to refresh when you want to start watching it again, which is annoying! If you put the programme you’re watching on a slightly delayed schedule and it ends in live time when you’re at, say, 15 minutes delay, you also have to refresh and it starts again from the beginning, so you have to look up where you left off. All these little changes over more than a year are really annoying and take away from the ease of use of the application that it had before.

This problem is really annoying! I have exactly the same! Why do you always have to change everything when everything works. If you are going to change something, then first check that everything is running smoothly!

Andreas_ The problem occurs on TV Air with any browser.

when using TV Air on a browser
delete the browsing data (cookies, cache, history) of the browser used
close the browser and other open applications, restart the PC
test these features on TV Air and thanks for the feedback 🙂
also test with another browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge)

These problems do not appear on my PC. Blue TV Air works correctly.
This could be due to old scripts cached from a previous version or corrupted. Clearing the cache and browser history and restarting the machine, as suggested by Black Mamba, would seem to be a good start before looking further for solutions.

DanielD I’ve been following all your suggested solutions for a long time! But nothing worked! Incidentally, the problem occurs on all computers and laptops on which I watch TV Air. That’s four different devices!

I have the same problem as Blue.Ant with his laptop in another discussion:

BlueTV off laptop: website stops working after film

          Hello everyone,

We watch BlueTV from a laptop with an HDMI cable during our holidays. When we have watched a pre-recorded film, we can no longer use the website. Deleting is not possible, nor is returning. No input is accepted. We always have to refresh the page first. This is new.

Does anyone know the reason for this and how we can prevent it?
