Downloads delete themselves,

Hello everyone,

I recently started having the problem that downloads in the Swisscom TV app delete themselves immediately after downloading.

There is enough storage space, the app has already been reinstalled and is currently not updated.

What can I do here?

Then there is also the problem that I download it but it doesn’t work and I have a repeat button (instead of viewing) when I repeat the download then works.

Do you know this too?

    Which DL are logical, he writes, in the “Swisscom TV App”…device is basically unimportant, Android tablet
    or iPad….

    Have you activated app swapping in the device settings for the BlueTV app? Then it could be that the DLs
    disappear. I’ve never had this phenomenon…
